The term Mastermind is used to describe many different things, many of which are not true Masterminds. And while you may incorporate Group Coaching into your existing Course (6-10 weeks), when we refer to a Group Coaching Program our definition means a Group Program of 3+ months. What most people call Group Coaching or masterminds, is really just the expert or guru teaching content along with some Group Q&A. What we teach is how to build Community and Collaboration among participants, creating what we call “Stickiness” in your programs. From experience, we teach methods that can keep your loyal fans in Groups or Masterminds for decades, not just months.

If you’re not sure you want to run a true Mastermind, you may want to consider a Hybrid Group Coaching program (3+ Months) where you borrow or “tickle-down” masterminding techniques to build greater community and get better implementation, and therefore results for your clients. By building relationships among Group members, and encouraging collaboration and support, you can create better retention and run longer-term programs which create recurring revenue.
