Sometimes knowing the right things to say, how to say them and some starting points of directing a conversation can be a sticking point for myself but Jay really gave me a lot of great advice. His approach when teaching/coaching is really easy to digest and he broke down the reasonings behind his techniques which helped drive the points home.
